History

“ACI Project Management & Real Estate (ACI)”, started operations back in 2006, founded by Mr. Mauricio Arroyo, after working as Construction and Project Manager for more than eight years with Walmart Stores Inc., International Division.

The goal of the company was to offer Project Management and Real Estate Services to Global Companies who wanted to expand or build new Real Estate facilities within Mexico. To offer them the possibility of working with a team of local professionals, with international experience. A team who not only understand the importance of performance and quality, but one that understands how to work and comply with international procedures, specifications and good communication tools.

From the very beginning we created alliances with The Staubach Company, base in Houston, Texas, through their local representatives. Managing all their clients needs. We started acting as Project Managers and we develop our partnership up to include Real Estate Services.

Once The Staubach Company closed their operations both in the US and Mexico on 2008, ACI continue working independently, managing different projects such as; Distributions Centers, Industrial Facilities, Corporate Offices, Automotive Plants, etc. For clients like Robert Bosch from Germany, TeleTech from the United States, Embassy of Canada, Nissan from Japan, Western Union and AECON/FORD from the USA, among others.

We feel honor to have repetitive clients that see in ACI PM&RE a trustable and professional company that complies with their standards and needs. We understand that responsibility and we appreciate that confidence. Our way to reattribute that trust, is delivering the service and attention they deserve.

ACI Project Management & Real Estate will continue looking to serve existing and new clients, we have the international experience and the local talent for your next project. Please Contact Us, will be a privilege to assist you.
